"Pickup was way more of a hassle than expected!!"
I ordered online thinking I’d be in and out quick, but pickup ended up being kind of a mess!! There wasn’t really a clear place to grab my order, so I just stood around while people kept jumping in to ask questions. I could see food sitting there, but nobody seemed totally sure which order belonged to who. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but if pickup is an option, it really should be a lot smoother than this.

"My pizza arrived basically in hibernation"
The pizza tasted fine enough, but it showed up barely warm, which felt like a tiny tragedy after waiting for delivery. The cheese was already starting to firm up and the crust had that “I’ve been sitting around contemplating life” texture. I ended up having to put it in the oven, which is the last thing I want to do after paying delivery prices. Maybe it was just an off day, but I was expecting a hot pizza, not a lukewarm emergency.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Nothing fancy, just pizza and a place to sit. But it was really clean. Like, tables got wiped down right after people left. No sticky spots, no mess. Even the bathroom was nice, which I always notice. Small place, good vibe, would go back

My order came out exactly how I asked for it, no missing toppings, no mixed-up drinks, nothing weird. Pickup was quick and easy too. Reading between the lines, it seems like they actually pay attention to the details, which I definitely appreciate.

"Solid Choice for an Office Lunch"
We ordered catering from Joe’s Brooklyn Pizza for a work lunch, it was a good call. The pizzas showed up hot, the salads were fresh, and there was more than enough food for everyone. Delivery was about 10 minutes late, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t throw anything off. I’d definitely order from them again for the office.

"Sauce just tasted off to me"
I really wanted to like this place, but the sauce kind of ruined the whole thing for me.
It was way too sweet and just tasted flat, like it needed seasoning or something. Instead of fresh tomato flavor, it reminded me more of jarred sauce with sugar dumped in. The crust was fine, but every bite was basically just that sauce, and I ended up having to scrape some of it off, which felt like extra work just to eat a slice of pizza.
Maybe other people are into that sweeter style, but it wasn’t for me. I couldn’t even finish my slices, and I probably wouldn’t order again because of it

"First impression was just okay"
My first impression was that the place seemed fine, and the pizza ended up being decent. The service kind of set the tone though. It felt a little slow, and while they did answer my question, it wasn’t exactly the friendliest interaction. Nothing awful, but I definitely think the customer service could be better...

"Pretty solid pizza for the price"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but the pizza was actually good. The slices were big, the price was fair, and it hit the spot. Delivery took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall, not bad at all.

I’m sure I checked out in just a minute or two, though I don’t remember if it was right after adding everything to my cart or a little later. Either way, paying was fast and I didn’t run into any issues.

"Felt ignored at first, but they fixed it fast"
I had a little issue with my delivery order from Joe’s Brooklyn Pizza because one of the pizzas showed up wrong. I was annoyed, and at first I kind of felt ignored, like I was just another complaint they had to deal with.
But once I got through to them, they were actually really nice about it and sent the correct pizza out quickly. It showed up hot, and they didn’t make the whole thing awkward or complicated. Mistakes happen, but they fixed it the right way, so I’m still giving them 5 stars...

"I don’t know why, but this spot..."
I don’t know why, but this spot just feels like such a hassle for me. The pizza was fine, nothing bad, but getting there was annoying and parking wasn’t easy. It’s also not really near anywhere I usually go, so it felt like more effort than it was worth. If you live close by, it might be totally fine, but for me the location just isn’t convenient.

"Cheese just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but the cheese was disappointing. It tasted bland and a little rubbery, almost like it had been sitting around too long, and it didn’t melt well on the pizza either. Maybe I just happened to order on an off day, but based on my experience, I’d probably play it safe and order from somewhere else next time...

"Really nice people there"
I stopped into Joe’s Brooklyn Pizza the staff was just really... nice. They said hi as soon as I walked in, helped me figure out which slice to get, and never made me feel rushed or anything. The whole place just had a good vibe, like everyone was in a good mood. I’d definitely go back...

"Coupon didn’t apply the way I expected"
I was trying to use a promo code, but it didn’t seem to apply correctly at checkout. I kept checking the total because I usually look for little patterns in the discount changes, and it just wasn’t matching what I expected. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit annoying to figure out.

"Chill little spot for pizza"
Stopped in with a few friends to grab some pizza, and it ended up being a really nice place to hang out for a bit. It’s cozy without feeling cramped, and it wasn’t too loud, so we could actually sit, eat, and talk without shouting over everything. Just a relaxed little spot that made the meal feel easy and enjoyable

"Good pizza, but the wait was frustrating"
I was really looking forward to the pizza when it finally got here, it tasted okay. Not amazing, but definitely not bad either. The frustrating part was the delivery, it showed up almost an hour late, which kind of ruined the whole experience. I went from excited and hungry to just irritated, and by the time it arrived, I was too annoyed to really enjoy it.

"Not as diet-friendly as they claim"
I was really disappointed because it seemed like they’d have options for different diets, but that wasn’t the reality at all. I couldn’t find much of anything gluten free, and when I asked the staff, they weren’t much help. It felt like they promised variety but didn’t actually follow through...

"Good pizza, but for some reason it felt a little small"
The pizza tasted good, no complaints there, but for some reason the portion felt a bit smaller than I was expecting for the price. One large was enough for two people if you’re not super hungry, but it didn’t feel very filling. It’s definitely not bad, I just wish the slices were a little bigger or had a bit more toppings. I’d probably order again, but it depends how hungry I am...
